Stuffed Dates
GRAIN FREE, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, SOY FREE, EGG FREE, NUT FREE (option), PALEO, AIP FRIENDLY (option)
Ok, so I don’t know if it’s really fair to call this a recipe. There’s no cooking, mixing or blending required, just a teensy bit of butter knife work and you’re done.
These are seriously yum and seriously simple. I would live on these if I could.
Not only are these stuffed dates ridiculously yummy but the combo is a perfect magnesium enriched snack!
Recipe
Fresh Dates
Cashew butter (or coconut butter)
Salt (I like to use Himalayan Pink Salt)
Method
Cut or tear your date in half and remove the pit. Now fill up the space where the pit was with cashew butter. Sprinkle with the teensiest bit of salt. Now try not to eat toooo many!
