Almond and Sesame Dukkah

This dukkah makes a beautiful gift when placed in a pretty jar, pair it with a bottle of good quality olive oil and it’s sure to please!
Perfect for dipping with Turkish bread and crumbing meat.

Recipe
¾ cup roasted almonds
½ cup sesame seeds
½ tsp salt (I like pink Himalayan salt)
1 tsp paprika
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp thyme
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
Method
Place your almonds in a food processor or high speed blender and blitz until you have a mixture of finely chopped almonds (not quite flour).
Then place the remaining ingredients in your blender and mix on medium speed until well combined.
Done! Easy peasy!
Store in a jar and use within a couple of months.
