Banana Mylkshake
GLUTEN FREE, GRAIN FREE, DAIRY FREE, SOY FREE, EGG FREE, PALEO
When I was a kid I would order a sickly sweet vanilla milkshake with lashings of ice-cream whenever we went to a café. I would guzzle the whole thing down and slosh around in a milkshake coma for the rest of the day.
These days I don’t like them quite so sweet but I still have a soft spot for a thick, creamy, vanilla-y milkshake.
These days I also have lots of half eaten bananas sitting in the fridge…I have a 2 year old, need I say more?
So I introduce you to the Banana Mylkshake! It is creamy, vanilla-y and yes, banana-y!

Recipe (makes 1 big serve, or 2 modest sized serves)
¼ cup Instant Yoghurt
2/3 cup Mylk
1 ½ bananas
1 tbsp maple syrup (or raw honey)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
Method
Pop everything in your blender and blitz on high until you have a nice and smooth consistency. Poor into a glass and enjoy!
